Refund Policy
Virgo Car Rental Bahamas offers a fair and transparent refund policy:
- Prepaid Rentals: For prepaid rentals canceled more than 30 days before your pick-up date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 5 days of pick-up will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- Modified Reservations: If you need to modify your reservation (dates, vehicle), we will try our best to accommodate your request. Any rate difference or additional fees will apply.
- No-Shows: If you fail to pick up your reserved vehicle without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
- Early Returns: We do not offer refunds for early returns. You are responsible for the entire rental period as booked.
Please note: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 business days.
Reasons beyond our control: We will not be obligated to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, or civil unrest.
